I have some actual stats though, just in case numbers are more your thing..
Weight 231.8lbs
Body Fat 40.3%
Lean Body Mass 138lbs
Waist 38.5
Hips 46.5
Thigh 26
Chest 41
Neck 14.25
Now the little graphs on my software only show the last 3 months.. But, looking at the last 3 months, I've gained nearly 10lbs of muscle, while simultaneously loosing about 8lbs of fat.. The overall result, is that my body went from over 46% fat to just over 40% fat.. That's pretty darned impressive!
Oh and for those who aren't so math inclined, with a lean body mass of 138lbs, my goal weight will be somewhere around 165lbs, which at my current pace is attainable within the next year..
